This journey of tailored personal growth involves four fundamental components.

Assessment sessions aim to gather further information about your current experience and evaluation of your life and yourself. This breadth of information is the first step in identifying the direction in which to take you further along your journey.

Exploration & Discovery sessions are designed to take a deeper look at the obstacles that stand in the way of your progress and fulfillment. Structured exercises and unstructured conversations are used to enhance your understanding of yourself, reflect on concepts and beliefs you struggle to reconcile, and define with more detail the goals you hope to move towards.

Practice, Skills, & Development sessions help you put your insights into practice. By refining personal strategies and setting concrete and meaningful goals, we can make sure the life you want and the person you wish to become are attainable.

Problem-Solving sessions will pop up without warning, as we address the stressors and dilemmas you face on your journey. These sessions are excellent opportunities to revisit your intentions and goals, and put into practice the skills and mindset you have learned in previous sessions.

These processes are sequential in theory, but rarely in practice. Every new insight will serve to better direct each process by revealing what is still missing, and continually providing increased clarity of direction. This allows us to move with the messiness of life and still maintain progress, as we address each stage as it arrives.
